Hibiscus-like flower, star shaped leaves

    This one is a creeper and have stalks like an "okra" plant.

    It looks like some type of hibiscus, but I have never seen one like it. Does it make seed? Very pretty.

    Yup! i have collected a lot of seeds from this flower. I have started growing this from seeds also.

    Olga its a very pretty bloom.How large is the blooms? I do love the color.

    The thing about this flower is that the petals are flat, not like the hibuscus that's curled a bit. the bloom is like the regular size of a hibiscus.

    Can you get a lighter picture of it, it is very hard to see. Maybe a pic of the leaves too.

    It sort of reminds me of my Red Texas Star hibiscus, except the flowers are a bit more fancy and the plant itself is not a creeper as you describe yours. I'd love to get some seeds of your plant.
