    Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me the correct way and time to uncover my Hibiscus.
I have it covered with burlap for the winter and would like to know when and what to do to it for the new season. Thank you very much for any help.

After your last frost should be safe. I don't think you need to do anything but prune any dead bits or shape it a bit if it's scraggley.

I agree the last frost of the year … you can set your hibiscus free. See your zonal map.
