    My apologies Liz!

    How do I Hedge thee? Let me count the ways.

    I love thee to the depth and breadth and height

    My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight

    For the ends of being and ideal grace.

    I love thee to the level of every day's

    Most quiet need, by sun and candlelight.

    I love thee freely, as men strive for right;

    I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.

    I love with a passion put to use

    In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.

    I love thee with a love I seemed to lose

    With my lost saints, I love thee with the breath,

    Smiles, tears, of all my life! and, if God choose,

    I shall but love thee better after death.

    Now somebody tell me that poem can be about a garden as well as a husband? I changed one word because I bought this THING and am very excited!

    Haha my Dearest was like what is THAT? She had friends over so I could show its use down low and flat to the ground like for the brush and ground cover trimming or garden cleanup. I am also fairly certain at this point it would be a great defense against dragons should one come by.

    edit: She had a trifoliate orange in the yard years ago. She took the fruit and tossed the demon seeds up along the property line amongst the trees. No way I can use triclopyr by all those tree roots. This mechanical solution will be brought up the next time I need a credit in my husband account.

    Well this started with me trying to attach a circular saw blade to what you call a strimmer. Its a balance against some non hedge yet unruly nature.

    I used to have a Stihl weedeater that had a saw blade attachment. Well, you just had to remove a screw or two, then add the blade. It was great for woody things that were growing in the wrong place. I sold it because after my shoulder operation I couldn't pull the cord hard enough to get it started so, now it's battery operated stuff for me.
