    Hi all,

Here is an excellent resource for all gardening beginners or for those of you who need a refresher course. BBC's How To Be A Gardener with Alan Titchmarsh

It starts from the basics and explains all aspects in a clear and fun way. There are also fun interactive games that help speed up the learning process.

    The topics covered are:
    1. Know your plot
    2. Understand plants
    3. Planting schemes and themes
    4. Practical planting
    5. Caring for your garden
    6. Problem solving
    7. The productive garden
    8. The gardening year

I have not come across a better introduction to gardening yet!

I can't believe how good it is. Working in the web design area I understand how important layout and colour of a website is and let me tell you something, BBC always impress me in that respect. Sorry that was a bit off-topic :)

The information is great on there and the language they use is everyday speak which makes taking in all the terms a lot easier. And I just love the little games!
