Awesome. I love hummingbirds. I don't even have a feeder up though.

Great pictures! I saw my first hummingbird yesterday. It's raining again so I need to check and make sure the sugar water has not been diluted.

The only truely clear shot I could get with my digital camera was of them perched.

Cajun, we have found through experience that getting a photo of a hummingbird perched is more difficult than getting a photo of one at our feeders. I think it's a matter of angle, whether you are photographing through a window or in open air, and what kind of mood the hummer is in at the time. Your photo is great!

Thank you everyone... sometimes you have to wait to take photos and sometimes you see the hummingbird about every 20 minutes here...they are fast .
Cajun...great photos...you have some great shots

We have three hummingbirds that are in our area....the third one is pretty young and smaller than the others.....now our mosquitoes are getting bad and today we are in the area on the weather map to get 2-3 inches of rain...hopefully the heavy rain won't damage very much in my gardens...we plain on moving any containers that aren't too heavy
