Identifying cactus

    I don't know anything about this cactus other than it's grandparent plant is from the Oregon Trail. I'd appreciate any info anyone can give! Thank you.

    Thank you Odif. I think that may be it Purpleinopp! At least it looks closer to the plant I got it from than any I've been able to find on my own. Thanks!:)
