From 6AM to 8AM my time,,on the DIY channel now called the Magnolia network,, they are playing the old Julia Child The French Chef cooking shows from the 50`s and 60`s ! Its amazing how things have changed ! Today she was making crepes in the new non-stick skillets !
That sounds like fun to watch, Mart. She was an innovative star in her day. I saw a film about her life once with Meryl Streep, I think.
Mart, as much as I dislike anything "Magnolia" I just might watch that. I loved any show Julia Child had, and especially the Julia and Jacques show. What technique, what discussions about ingredients! Thank you for posting this.
