Large tree with white bark and gorgeous red/orange buds?

    This was growing at the nature preserve in Austin where the wedding we attended was held. No one knew the name of the tree, I know I don't have room for one but am really curious about what it is.

    Peter thought it was most likely a Smooth Sumac Rhus glabraToni. From the pictures I've seen of this tree on the net it certainly seems as though he's correct.
