Wow! I like that color. Does it grow like the other "wild" Spider Lilies.... no leaves... the stalk just pops up all by itself?

Yellow glints from the sky Yes, that yellow with the sunlight was quite interesting. Here's a pic of the same view with different sunlight (aka blissful photons). Probably what a hummingbird sees from a distance.
