Mango leaves problem

I have 2 small Mango trees their leaves look a bit bad, not sure what are the problems?

 

What verity of mangoes are these? Pakistani? Indian? South East Asian? African? Or Mexican?

Looks to me like an acid burn. But I don't see how that could be possible in nature..... Bad neighbors often do that here to each other's plants and trees.

Please check under the leaves for spider mites or aphids.

 

I am thinking that it looks bacterial.
