Saw these growing in the plant nursery a few days ago, they actually are very good at repelling unwanted insects from your garden - Of course, I don't want any insects getting into my machinery, (specially during precision metal working). So that's where these marigolds are right now doing an excellent job, (around my outdoor tool post)!
    :D

A really good idea for protecting your machinery and they look so good into the bargain. :-D

They are such a happy flower. I always try to have some around in the summer. I love the fragrance. I know some people dislike it but I think is smells sweet and earthy :-D
