That's great! I already use my eggshells in the garden and compost, I may just try them in my coffee filter! Does that mean I'm a cheapskate too?

I've used eggshells in many different ways from 'blowing' the eggs and making decorations with the shells to sprinking them in the garden to deter pests. I even crush them up and put them in a feeder so that the birds can eat them during breeding season to up their calcium levels. I don't mind being a cheapskate. :-D

Why pay for something twice, and you can reuse it for free. I must be a 'cheapskate' too. I put my eggshells in the garden and in the compost. If I were a coffee drinker, I would try that hint too. Coffee grinds are great for the garden.
