A couple of videos of our garden which experienced a dramatic change this year, when we decided after thirty-odd year to have our 3000 gallon koi pool filled in as it needed a new liner and there was too much work to be done to free the perimeter to be able to change it.
Apart from the growth and changes in the plant contents, the garden is much the same as when I did all the hard landscaping myself in 1986/7

Lots of other videos on my YouTube channel of our garden and my other hobbies.

That’s a lovely garden with a nice selection of flora. I also love the sound of running water.

I should point out, apart from routine maintenance, that all the landscaping was done over thirty years ago "when I was working and had more time."

When you get to my age, "you wake up in the morning with nothing to do and go to bed at night with only half of it done."
I've no projects ongoing, I just don't have the time.

oh my, I love the pergola walkway.
I so totally get the idea of not enough time to get things don't when you have nothing pressing to get done. that sounds so redundant but its true. as soon as I am not working 60 hours a week doing my regular gardening and preparing for farmers markets I am like "whew.. nothing pressing to get done so I am putzing around wasting time.
