A while ago a new supermarket opened in

    Concord , NH

It has an automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh.

Just before it goes on you hear distant thunder and the smell of fresh rain.

When you pass the milk cases, you hear cows mooing and there is the scent of freshly mowed hay.

In the meat department there is the aroma of charcoal grilled steaks with onions.

When you approach the egg case, you hear hens clucking and cackling, and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying.

The bread department features the tantalizing smell of fresh baked bread and cookies.

I don't buy toilet paper there anymore.

I dread to think just how they'd advertise that section Philip. :headscratch: :smt100

Don't think I'd visit the diaper section either.

Philip!! You are sniffing around in Concord??:setc_087: Are you sniffing the store that begins with M or the one that beginning with H? We don't have any smells in our store. I shop in the 'M' store. It must be the 'H' store. They are an upscale store, with fancy stuff in the aisles. Stands to reason they would smell too. I will check the 'H' store tomorrow, to see if they stink. :)

My thoughts of all of you Stewbies are always with me. I rarely go to the grocery store but today I did go there. Low and behold I walked by the veggies and I heard thunder and a gentleman saying "Stand back please for it's going to rain". I thought of this, right here. I smiled quietly with joy. I walked over by the milk and didn't you know???? There was a MOOOOOO! I couldn't believe it. A big grin appeared, I could feel it.

Good thoughts in my grocery store. That was very nice. I had to get out of there for I didn't want to smell the good smells that you have told me about for I would be 400 pounds before I left there.

    Thank you....

At this same store I picked up a few lobster for under 5 dollars a pound. Cooked them and enjoyed them. The next day I cooked down the shells and leftover bodies. Then I went and bought a few more and made Lobster Bisque. It was to die for.

The next morning I cooked down those shells and bodies with onion, celery and carrots and canned it.

Our seafood area does not produce sounds or smells though, just good sales.
