I have been working on this painting for several months when I had the time. I am so glad to finally finish it. I got the inspiration from one of Jerry Yarnells painting dvds. I guess I am dreaming of seeing real flowers blooming soon. DSCN7162.JPG

Oh my stars, that is truly lovely! The viewer can almost smell and touch the flowers and foliage. Your talent for painting really shows through.:like:

WOW I'm impressed!! :sete_005::sete_005:What medium do you prefer to paint in - watercolour, acrylic or oil? Mine is acrylic. I love the colours and the composition and balance are spot on. Your focal point plant is perfectly placed too. I'm guessing that you've been painting for quite some time as your work is very professional. Well done!! :smt023

Thank you all for your kind words.
Eileen--I like working in both oils and acrylics. Whatever hits my fancy. Yes I have been doing painting for over 30yrs on and off. I would love to see some of your art work.

Beautiful painting! I love the colors and the brick really sets off the flowers.
