We had a deer visit last night, having a late night snack of bird seed. We like deer, and enjoy seeing them in the pasture, but we have ripening pears. Deer seem to like semi-ripe pears even better than bird seed!
nighttime deer.jpg The image is dark, but the deer are afraid to come out in broad daylight for fear of being attacked by our cat.:D

    Cor Marlin—a guard cat. Chuckle.

You had better keep an eye on those pears, mate. Who’da thunk— half ripe pears. Half ripened fruit makes my tum ache.

The dark deer foto was still cool to see.
