Fosteriana is a class in Early Spring Tulips. Orange Emperor is a beautiful orange tulip.

Orange is one of my favourite colours Petronius. I was lucky enough, a few years ago, to see field upon field of tulips in many colours - a sight I will never forget. :stew2:

Eileen, Several of the people I work for do not have vast acres of yard for flower gardens. When it is time to plant tulip bulbs, I like to plant some that will grow into having an orange flower. Orange Emperor is one of those types.

Orange Emperors are Fosteriana tulips. They bloom in early to mid Spring.
