The rusty pheasants needed a paint job. It was so nice to sit outside yesterday and paint them.

You spiffed them up beautifully. I absolutely love them. You are very good.

Great paint job, much more appealing.

Awesome job. Did you do it with a brush?

    Thanks all.

Cheryl, Yes with a brush. I used several different brushes.

What kind of paint did you use? I have some metal things that could use a new paint job and spraying them wouldn't look very good.

I use Duncan ceramic paint. And I clear coat them using Duncan's matte finish afterwards.

If those pheasants could talk they'd be telling you how happy they are now. You've made such a big improvement to them. :stew1:

Donna, Those are fabulous. I don't have an artistic or poetic bone in my body... I am envious! Well done!

You did a super job with those, Donna. Chapeau!

Will they stay on that fence outside?

Thank you Eileen, Carolyn and Sjoerd.
And yes they are already back on the fence. They've been hanging on the fence for at least 3-4 years now. So if I get another year or two I'll be happy. They are rusted through in some spots.
