You will not believe how many insects etc. that are in the garden. In one year, I took all these photos of the bugs that I found in the garden. Just click Garden Bugs.

Cool pics, I liked how every one of those insects could sting except one, the Hover Fly. It just mimics the bees to protect itself. Others that I liked were the Virescent Green Metallic Bee, the Yellow Jacket, and the Potter Wasp and the Milkweed its on. :-D

Such a variety!! I know I have around four different species of bees that visit/live in my garden but I certainly couldn't name each type of wasp!! Your photographs are a great reference point for anyone wanting a quick ID of the insects they come across. Thanks for posting them for us all. :-D

Your photo's are always wonderful - thank you.
I was particularly interested in your spiders, there was a Funnelweb Weaver, is that a cousin to the
    infamous Funnelweb spiders in Australia?

Wow, I'm amazed at the variety of insects you have. I ought to pay more attention to what flies and crawls around here. I tend to focus on slugs and lily beetles.

There are definately more insects and bugs in every garden that what people see. I used to try and find a different one everyday.
