potato blossoms

    do I have a problem??
    something, possibly birds, are eating blossoms off my potatoes.

    Potato blossoms are ephemeral. They very often drop off. It is quite hard to get fruits from potatoes. Normally about a month after the blossoms drop, your potatoes will be ready to harvest. No it won't affect your harvest.

    The potatoes will grow anyway ! You can look now for new potatoes and take a few if you wish ! Just take your finger and feel around ! Usually you can see where they are growing on top of the soil !
