    O.K. Ill take a stab at this: Omphalotus olearius, i.e. Jack o Lantern Mushroom.

    I think it's most probably Omphalotus Olearius/Jack O'Lantern which is a very dangerous mushroom with a dry, smooth, wavy-lobed orange to yellow-orange cap 3-8 inches wide, convex to flat, then becoming sunken in the center, with a knob. The margin begins incurved, then turns upward.

    It is indeed a Jack O' Lantern.... very poisonous!!! at the same time I think it is beautiful!
