I used this on a warm tuna, potato and green bean salad and it was fab! Balsamic vinegar Olive oil Pesto Keep tasting it 'til you get it right for your own tastes but I used around the same amount of vinegar and oil and then probably about half a small jar of pesto (I made quite alot of it!).
I gave it a try and my husband loved it. Sorry it's not to my taste but that doesn't mean to say it's not good. It's certainly easy enough to make that's for sure.
