Hello. I need a new shovel and want to get an all steel one. I have broken two wooden shovels in the past year - we have a ton of rocks in our earth here, from small to boulder size. I also may get a little overzealous in my digging...lol. Can anyone recommend a fulL size, all steel (one piece) digging shovel? The ones that I have been able to find seem ok but they are the short handle ones where you have to bend over or get on your knees to do any good digging. Also, they have that sort of semi-rounded digging edge...does that work as well as the pointed edge of a classic digging shovel? Our ground here is hard clay in the summer so the shovel needs to be able to crack through the hard surface, I am not sure if the rounded edge shovels would work as well as the classic shovel.
