Shiny green varigated leaves and white flowers...

    Is it a hydrangea of some kind? maybe a snowball one?

    I'm not seeing any variegation. Maybe a Viburnum.

    I think it could be either a viburnum or a hydrangea, but I am leaning towards a viburnum. In both hydrangeas & viburnums, the leaves grow opposite to one another & this photo shows opposite growth. I am leaning towards a viburnum because of the leaf appearance. I think hydrangea leaves aren't usually so furrowed. Hydrangea leaves usually look more tender.

    Purple, I think you are right. I was looking at the flower, but thinking the foliage reminds me of something, but what? Maybe it is a "snowball viburnum"?
