I thought that this was amazing!!! Look what i found while doing a little cleaning on our screened in porch....a rose that looks like it's been covered in shrink wrap. If you look closely, you can see the little specs moving.....baby spiders. Sorry was hard to get the rose to be still in the wind... Any suggestions?

ewww, yuck and you are correct spider mites abound. I would destroy and clean up and watch the rest of your plants very close. they are the last thing you want on your plants. douse the plant with insecticidal soap. every last surface of it. do not spray the insecticidal soap off. let it dry.

Thank goodness Carolyn could help you out so quickly. The rose may have looked attractive at first glance but now it will be safe from those little blighters.
