Small green leaved plant/tree, good pics any ideas?

Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm looking to discover the name of this plant to see whether it can be grown in my country. I'm not sure if it is native there but it's in the Philippines.

This plant is about 4ft tall
Attracts butterflies

No smells noticed and normal to touch. Know nothing about any flowering times.
