Love homemade soups on a cold rainy day.

1 lb. hamburg, ground chicken or turkey ( your choice)
    2 cans pinto beans
1 can rotel tomato with green chili's( if you like spicy)
1 can yellow corn or hominy
    1 can green beans
1 pkg ranch style dressing (DRY)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning (DRY)

Brown meat and drain. Put into pot and empty contents of all the above into pot.
Bring to a boil & serve. The longer it cooks the better it tastes. Serve with corn chips.
    It is yummy.

It's even better without the green beans ;) You can also saute an onion with the meat and add a can of diced tomatoes.
I got this recipe several years ago, we ate it so often that first winter we burned out. But now I make it only once a year. It freezes well and improves with age.

If you make it in the crock pot or slow cooker and let it cook for 4-6 hours the flavors blend together and the fragrance will drive you crazy with hunger.

Sorry Toni. I'd didn't know you had this recipe in here already.

Not a problem Donna. You had some different ingredients that mine didn't include so it was helpful too.
I was mainly razzing you about putting green beans in a Taco soup....that's almost like putting celery in chili. ;)
