Whilst on our hols we took mum to the Eden Project in St Austell, Cornwall. A lovely day, although the weather was vile - hail and torrential rain.

They have some interesting hunks of artwork dotted around the valley.

And some lovely flowers and plants in both the tropical biome and the temperate house.

And some not so attractive features. :)

And lastly, some slightly crazy folks. :) Eleanor is the older girl and she is my 13 year old step daughter, then there is Jessica and James, and that crazy lady on the end is my mum. :)

Some great photographs there EJ. The rainbow looks good above the biosphere. Thank goodness a lot of the complex is indoors as the weather was so bad. I really must try to visit Eden again sometime soon as I enjoyed my day there a few years ago and would like to see how it has developed. That last two piccies are great - I do love family shots. :stew2:

I would like to visit the Eden Project I have been hinting to my husband for some time but he cant get time off work for a while and we are a little broke as he was off work sick for 6 months with a torn achilles tendon poor guy, so I thoroughly enjoy looking at your photos of the place, they are great. Your family are delightful, they look full of fun and are as attractive as the plants themselves!
