    We have osprey that nest each year in an old dead tree near a popular ice cream stand. Delicious summer entertainment!!

    I'm so pleased to hear that both Ospreys are back safe and sound. Now let's hope they rear a couple of chicks and that you will manage to get some photographs to show us.

    That's a great shot! I didn't realize they returned to the same nest each year, that's amazing!

    That is a great photo (as usual) of the ospreys!
    For some strange reason, we don't usually have ospreys here in central Texas (;);)). We did have one osprey, once. I looked out my kitchen window and there was an osprey perched in an ashe juniper. Either the bird was checking out retirement sites or seriously off-course. It's never happened again, so I do appreciate seeing ospreys in your post, Kildale.

    Wow Kiledale what beautiful entertainment. We have then nesting in Wisconsin also and enjoy going and watching them.
