I pretty much spent the weekend at the office doing my gardening....it was a beautiful weekend..in the 80's...and no rain in sight...I did 2 years of work in one weekend. .did do anything last year..so I decided to really plant this year basically for the hummers butterflies and bees. Hopefully they will find the feeder. I planted monarda in pots...blue. white pink.. Salvia, red Penstemon, purple haze mint. Black kRim Tomatoes. Plum tomatoes...icebox watermelons...cucs...okra.... Repotted a lot and cleaned up a lot!!! Can't wait to see how it grows!! Stay tuned!! signed. One Tired Chick

It certainly sounds as though you had a good week-end but I'll bet you're a bit stiff and sore now. Somehow the tiredness and aches after gardening is far more bearable than other sorts isn't it? Probably because we enjoy what we're doing so much. :stew2:

How did you know Eileen...I am really feeling it and yes when i came in to work this morning and opened that back door to a glass door to see the feeder first thing...that made it all worthwhile. I took a nice little stroll around (like I've never seen it before)...lol. So proud and it was great to talk to the plants..can't wait til they talk back..in flowers and veggies :D

Netty it was a great time!!

Post pics when your hard work bears the fruit (or flowers). Good job!
