Olga, my first thought was Pyracantha but it doesn't have hard flowers even tho the leaves are very similar.

Did you get the seeds or plant in an exchange? Which part of the world did it come from? That might help with the ID.

My grandmother gave this plant to me, this one's about 2yrs old. We call it here in the Philippine's "Money Plant"
but when i searched for a money plant, it's different than I thought.
Pyracantha have flowers in a cluster but this one does not...

Yeah, Pyracantha it definitely is not. But those leaves look familiar, I will keep looking.

Money plant over here is the lunaria annua also called in some places the Silver Dollar plant.
It has only been since I joined GardenStew that I have realized how important it is to know the Latin name of plants since the common name can be vastly different from city to city and country to country.

Hi Olga, is it possible to get a close up on the bloom? Would really love to help you to identify this :)

The leaves look similar to a camellia, but the flower is way off.

    Not pomegranite?

A money plant over here is a Jade plant elsewhere. :)
