Twig like branches and small white buds

How do I move this post to the PlantID section? I am so sorry I posted this here.

 

I can't tell what it is. Can you get a more focused picture of the buds on one of the branches? Thanks.

Still hard to tell. Maybe a hickory? Could you get an image of the trunk/bark of the tree?

 

Tina, I think it is hard to focus on the branch with all the background, maybe put a sheet of paper behind it or wait until the leaf is unfurled. There is no telling what the bud really looks like now. Wait a few more days and take another picture.
