image.jpeg image.jpeg both the coasters and my big old terracotta hare made it out of kiln in one piece. The colours on the coasters turned out a lot softer than really intended, I was tooooo delicate with the glaze and should have layered it up thicker, but I love them all.

I take it the tile that was cracked turned out OK then EJ. Love those coasters and the hare is sensational. :smt023

Oh, EJ, if the coasters were too "softer" than you intended, it was a happy outcome--they are gorgeous! And your hare--it reminds me of a modernistic sculpture which suggests what it is, and still leaves a bit to the viewer's imagination.
Congratulations on your efforts, and please keep potting, sculpting, and posting!

Yes Eileen, the lily pads and fish survived the kiln so I'm glazing them on Wednesday, pictures to follow.

Thanks marlingardener, there was no way I could do a life like hare so had to go with something more simple.
