The foliage and that single bloom makes me think of Arenaria montana. Please look it up. If I'm correct it's a lovely plant! It's a rock border plant but doesn't like to dry out. It's evergreen, and where I live it is covered in white blooms from early summer until frost. I never did anything to it, it just grew more and more beautiful every year. Unfortunately it couldn't take the long, snowless freeze we had the winter before last.
