    This is the first time the ducks came up on the grass close to us...not sure what they were looking for but it didn't last long...We have rocks along the shore for when the lake rises and that happens in the spring and when they open the dams in the waterway... August 26, 2018 038 (2).jpg

    What lovely photographs Sherry - especially he last one.
    Many, many years ago I rescued a tiny Mallard ducking and brought it up before, eventually, returning it to the wild. Your photographs brought back memories of her.
