I think the only thing that prevented me from lopping-off the tip of my thumb was the nail. “Hasty speed is seldom good”, we say. In Dutch it rhymes, still it is a valid adage. Anyway, here is a gigantic pan as full as full can be with tom pulp, just simmering-away. the smaller stewer on the left has the jar tops and white plastic funnel in it as the water is on a gentle boil. We have 24 jars now, so it is good that the toms are finished. We are chuffed with our work and results. Time now to assemble data for the seed developer.
