What are these brown spots in my lawn?

    I have these brown spots in my Lawn.Do anyone know what it is or what causes them?

    Round? About 8 to 10 inches in diameter? Perhaps they are a result of dog urine. Perhaps you could post a picture.

    Looks like grubs, moles and voles to me.

    It could also be a fungus attacking the grass. Go throw a nice coating of cornmeal on it and see what happens to it after a few rains (or water it in). If it is fungal the cornmeal will help to kill/control the fungus. Sprinkle on some grass seed and some straw, then.
