Hi, I am brand new to gardening, I live in Austin TX and purchased a Sam Houston Plant tree that is about 5 ft tall from a nursery. It is in a 15 GAL pot with an organic potting mix for soil mixed with 20% sand as reccommended by nursery for drainage. The leaves are all wilting and we noticed spotted Cucumber Beetles on the tree, there are holes in the leaves and on edges. Wilting occured first. Tree was transplanted 4 weeks ago, and has been treated with Neem oil twice. Any help is appreciated!
