I wish this was native to my area, so I could grow it... :D

But why? A stroll au natural will introduce you to any number of similiar local cousins in the wood. Or perhaps you have pesky neighbors?

Yes I have a most annoying neighbor, a true Karen in every sense...:headbang:

    :setf_009:

By the way, we don't have any woods here - My locality is a sizzling hot coastal semi desert at the shores of the Arabian Sea. So majority of the plants here are from elsewhere, (deliberately introduced by people). Otherwise we've only got swampy mangroves on the east, rocky desert on west. Ocean in the south, and nothing but sand in the north.

And so smack in the middle of all this, is a mega metropolis. With over 20 million people - A true concrete jungle, which actually should never existed! But apparently it does, (mainly because of ocean trade)...

Yeah, so as you too can now see - Hardly any natural greenery. Everything is man-made... This first picture below is of my area, others are nearby areas.

Plants and trees can still grow here, as every house has a garden, (many apartments too have green balconies). But mostly those plants which can tolerate extreme heat and droughts.

    However no woods anyway... :snicker:
Only mangroves on swampland at the east.

And an unforgivable rocky desert on the west.

    Ocean at the south.

And nothing but sand in the north...

And so on top of all this, I just happen to get a most hideous neighbor who hates all type of trees... Which should explain why I'm looking for harmful plants, to place on that side of my property - Idea is that seeds from such plants get carried away over to her garden. Where they grow to cause her some much deserved pain!

Doubt if it will be that successful in my climate and environment - This is a coastal semi desert where fresh water has a limited supply.

But it is still very interesting...

"You will unlikely die from this cactus....."

Lol -I mirthed! The hollaring was priceless! Kinda reminded me of a Yankee standing in a red ant bed whilst brushing away the ants without stepping away from the mound!
