I just thought of something! I just posted about my daylilies and how the deer always ate the big buds, but do you all think I could grow them in big pots? I wonder if they would winter over like they did at the house. They aren't planted deeply so there shouldn't be any freeze problem. Any input from anyone? Yes, daylilies in a pot should be no problem. In the spring sprinkle some 10-10-10 granular fertilizer in the pot. You may have to divide the pot every 3-4 years, especially if they are diploids. Jerry
