sago palm I am having the same problem. I was told it either is because of sun scorched or spider mites. I had put mine out in our sun room to get bright light. And boom it started going south on me . My plant looks like YOURS. I also sprayed for spider mites as the nursery said it might be spider mites as sagos get those easily . My plant went from inside the house to outdoors.
forgot this part I have now moved my plant back inside . I also repotted my plant and loosened the roots as those were rather packed tight and I noticed it was a bit moist so I am also laying off the water too although its in a well drained pot, those do not require much water.
If your plants have spider mites, you will see tiny live stock and tell tale signs of webbing where the insects are or have been. From what I can see, it looks more like sun scorch. Plants that aren't used to the direct rays will burn. It is wise to get plants acclimated by bringing them outside a bit at a time. Start with morning or late afternoon sun and work up to full sun. Kinda like hardening off done for garden plants. Ron
