It looks like Queen Anne's Lace Edlou but I'm not 100% sure as I can't see the leaves in your photograph.

Yes Eileen, it looks like Queen Anne's Lace from the symmetry of the flower.

Yikes I hope it is Queen Ann's lace and not Hog weed. That stuff sounds really bad. Although Queen Ann's lace is also considered an invasive here in Wis. We also have something that looks sort of like the Giant Hog weed. It's called Angelica and grows along stream banks and in moist areas. It's flower is somewhat different thou. We are having a real problem here with Wild Parsnip. It's everywhere. If you get some of the juice from the plant on your skin and then go out in the sun. Your skin will break out from it.

I've seen Hogweed, and the plant at the top of the post isn't it.
It does look a lot like Queens Anne's Lace, but it's hard to say for sure without a view of the leaves.
Tooty2shoes-Angellica looks very similar to Hogweed and likes to grow in the same places. Be careful!

Does it have the little purple heart in the very center?
It looks like Queen Anne's lace.
