Hi there galerose and welcome to GardenStew. :-D The fuchsia in your photograph is one of the double variety and, as Netty says, called 'Dark Eyes.' Did you know that there are over 400 varieties of fuschia? A lovely flower. Looking forward to spring when the garden center has hanging fuchsia baskets. I wish spring came in a bottle then I could pour it on the ground and enjoy it. Jerry
