One of our members dooley provided a great tip for killing earwigs in the garden

I got the recipe for earwig destruction from an internet site on earwigs. I don't know which one. It's 1 part vegetable oil, one part soy sauce and one part molasses. Shake it all together. Put it in small containers or lids. Place it where you see destruction from earwigs. if you are not sure you have earwigs, wait until dark and take a flashlight and scan the ground around the plants. My ground was covered with the crawly things. Ugh!!!
The containers were full every morning for days. Now, I only have to change it about once a week.

Thanks for that dooley!
