On the table this year there are 83 bears and a couple of animals that want to be there that are not bears. One is a black sheep and one is a mountain goat of some kind. Dooley

If you count the time spent moving everything around, it took all day. If you just count the time from putting the white "snow" on the board on top of the desk, it took about two hours. Every year it gets a little bigger. next to the house it the creche that dr bought me this year. I think maybe I need to find a place for it that isn't so crowded because it needs space to "shine." I have bears that could fill in the space very well. I have half a dozen small bears sitting atop of the computer monitor. Dooley
