Winter hasn't left:)

Category: Ed's Balcony Garden | Posted: Fri Feb 01, 2013 7:44 pm

Well friends, the Winter hasn't left yet although I'm tired of this dam cold.
This morning I awoke to overcast, then we got a snow blast which made me think I missed something in my weather report.
Now the sun is out and its a balmy 31 outside, and down to 13 tonight.
All my babies are doing GREAT and I'm happy about that.
Had my gout resurfaced yesterday and in some pain as I'm now on MORE Meds.
Will chat again and thanks to ALL who have responded to me in past.
Sleep warm,
ed

Hay Ed, Yes, it's very cold out there. Going out to the chickens 3 times a day to unfreeze the water isn't nice. I have lights on them and they have wood on all sides and a roof. Hay galore. If I could I would but heaters in with them just to keep it above 32. Of course, that's not safe as the hay could burn. LOL but I do feel for them these days.

Stay worn Ed. Barb

I have an electric heater in my birdbath that keeps it from freezeing.
If any help got it from Amazon.com
