Chickens Are Growing

Category: Chickens | Posted: Sun Aug 24, 2014 12:25 pm

The chickens should be laying any time now. We have quite the assortment of breeds. We have two of each with the exception of the silver ones. We have four of those.

They are very pretty. Mine are growing also. I mean the whole flock. I now have 200 of them. LOL

You have a beautiful collection of hens EG. My mother has five but I'm not sure of the breed. They are red in colour.

I like the looks of the Silver Laced Wyandottes, but the Reds have been the most friendly.

I had to buy feed today and a friend who was there told me he would buy eggs when I started getting them. He's not the first one to tell me that. I haven't even mentioned selling eggs and I've got customers lined up. There might me some extra income opportunities here.
