Gardening Is Healing

I didn't overdue it and felt so much better just getting out and playing in the dirt. It really lifts my spirits just to see how the flower gardens are doing, weeding them, planting some seeds and feeling proud of my work. It's definitely healing! Yes, it is. I find it rejuvenating to be outside and tend the plants, especially the fragrant ones and the herbs. I'm glad you were careful.
