It was so nice over the weekend that I was able to get out and do a little gardening. I basically moved around some plants and dis some weeding but I enjoyed being in the sun and getting my hands dirty. I feel bad for all the folks getting so much snow right now.

I'm going to physical therapy twice a week right now and I feel very positive about my back being completely healed. It will be a year next month since my spinal fusion and it's been a long year but well worth it to be pain free. I have a lot of plans for my garden this year and can't wait to get to it!

It's a great feeling to be able to get outdoors and work in the garden isn't it? Somehow even weeding makes you feel better!! I'm pleased to hear that your back is now pain-free and that your going to a physical therapist.
