Rating for this plant:
This is sold as an annual in zone 5, but will often over-winter. The silvery foliage is a nice contrast in annual beds and containers.

I agree with Kay, this is a wonderful plant to add contrast in a container or hanging basket. It is a perennial down here in 8A however the heat seems to affect its ability to bloom. Blooming is rare and the blooms appear stunted. Blooms or no blooms, it is still one of my favorite plants.
